Beach Volleyball App FAQ

Trying to sign in via email?

1. Make sure to open the email link directly from your mobile device.
2. [iOS only] If you still see this after clicking the link from your mobile device, then try the following:
   1. Find your email with the sign-in link.
   2. Press and hold on the "Sign in to Beach Volleyball app" link until a menu comes up.
   3. Tap the option for "Open in Beach Volleyball"

Why isn't the app opening when I click on an event's share link?

First make sure you have the latest version of the app.

If you are on iOS, you may need to re-associate these types of links with the app:

1. Copy and paste the link into a new note in the Notes app.
2. Press and hold and the option for "open in Beach Volleyball" should be there.
3. Going forward the links should go directly to the app.

What is "tournament mode"?

Run tournaments including pool play, bracket play, scoring, etc, directly from the Beach Volleyball App! Check out this video tutorial.
